I really admire the short styles like Keri Hilson and Rihanna. I want to get a certain crazy style but I just wanted to know…Do you HAVE to get a perm to do such? I know perms are bad for you health & I don’t want to put my hair in jepordy.

if you want your hair to be abit like theirs then you will definately need perm but you can also take care of it when you do, perm, wash, put hair oil (which suits you best) all over your hair and use the hair straightner over your hair, that will be sure to keep yor hair nice.
